ENTER TO WIN A VIP PACKAGE FOR THE PANTHERS

OPENING NIGHT OCTOBER 10TH 2009!

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. PRIZE:
There will be one (1) grand prize winner who will receive (1) Panthers VIP Package to Opening Night, October 10th 2009. Grand Prize will include: Four (4) tickets to the Panthers Game October 10th, 2009, Dinner in the BankAtlantic Chairman’s Club in the BankAtlantic Center on October 10th for four, (4) Panthers Hats and (1) one round trip Limousine service to the game on October 10th.
There will a total of six (6) more winners, 1 chosen weekly. The winners will each receive four (4) tickets to and upcoming game for the 2009-2010 season based on availability.
All entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of July 1st, 2009. Contest closes at 12am Midnight – August 28th 2009.
Prize can not be redeemed for cash. (The value of the grand prize is $2000 and the weekly prizes are $300)

3. TO ENTER:
Enter by submitting an entry form to the Florida Panthers Hockey Club though text messaging between July 18th 2009 and August 28th 2009 by 12 midnight. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchase will not increase the chances of winning. Limit one entry per day. Neither the Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd, any of its agencies, nor any participating sponsor is responsible for entries not received or not acceptable due to incomplete or illegible information, or transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, regardless of the source of the problem. One finalist will be chosen weekly, from eligible entries received via the mobile Database. Eligible entries must include the customer’s name, phone number and email address. The grand prize winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. ELIGIBILITY:
The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years or older who properly complete the Online form and enter on a timely basis. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd, Arena Operating Company, Ltd, Incredible Ice, LLC, legal agencies or the participating sponsors and their parent corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies (and the immediate family members of all such employees, and all others with whom they are domiciled) are not eligible to win.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE:
The Winner will be selected after August 28th 2009 and notified by telephone and/or email. The Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd. decisions regarding the selection of the Winner and all other aspects of the Giveaway shall be final and binding in all respects. The Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value. The Winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. The Winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release as a condition to winning. Failure of the Winner to sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any other term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of the Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd., result in such Winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's consent (i) to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose without further compensation should such entrant be the Winner, and (ii) to be informed by telephone of information regarding the sale of tickets, products and services offered by the Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd., their affiliates and agencies and their sponsors.
The name of the winner will be disclosed as provided by law. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Hi-Voltage Advertising, 980 N. Federal Hwy., Suite 226, Boca Raton, FL 33432.

6. GENERAL RELEASE:
By entering the Giveaway, each contestant releases the Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd., Arena Operating Company, Ltd., and Incredible Ice, LLC, the promotional sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light). Further, by entering the Giveaway, each contestant agrees to hold the Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd., Arena Operating Company, Ltd., and Incredible Ice, LLC, the promotional sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of the contestants’ participation in the Giveaway or any use of the prizes awarded.

7. DISCLAIMER:
The Giveaway is being administered by the Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd. who is solely responsible for the contest and awarding of all prizes.
